    1. yeah (bro or sis) you are right and the no. of plants in water are more than in the land so which means they absorb more cO2 and release more oxygen......
      U 101% right

  6. Losing our oceans means losing life on earth that hasn't even been discovered yet because there are many different kinds of marine species which havent even been discovered yet.Fish is often used as a resource for many countries to feed their people and grow their economy.

  7. we need to save our oceans because it is a source of habitat for the marine creatures and just because of finishing the ocean , the animal will be sent to the circus or any other place away from their own habitat.
oceans also help in reducing climate change like regulating the temperature and weather. as we all know the earth has 70% of water so we cant remove that from our earth.....
in conclusion, oceans should be saved as they also absorb carbon dioxide and heat.....

  8. Seven-tenths of the world is covered by the oceans. They put food on our plates, provide up to 50 per cent of the oxygen we breathe and regulate the climate. ... Our carbon emissions have made the oceans 30 per cent more acidic since pre-industrial times, threatening aquatic life in many ways there will be water pollution. in the ocean living things will die.

  9. Oceans are an essential component of the Earth's ecosystem -- a source of biodiversity, food, and life. The ocean produces over half of the world's oxygen and absorbs 50 times more carbon dioxide than our atmosphere. Covering 70 percent of the Earth's surface, the ocean transports heat from the equator to the poles, regulating our climate and weather patterns. We should save our oceans also because it provides us with food, jobs, life, entertainment, and sailing.

  11. Oceans are covering about 70% of the earth's surface. They regulate the world's climate.Oceans generate more than half the oxygen we all breathe.
Oceans regulate our climate and absorb carbon dioxide - reducing the impact of climate change. The oceans provide a livelihood, recreation, beauty and wonder to billions around the world. Oceans are a primary source of food for the people around the world.

  12. Oceans are supposed to be protected as they are the livelihood of many sea creatures like fish that we also feed on. Oceans also help us by absorbing heat and carbon dioxide. If they don't do it there would be much more carbon in our environment than it is now and climate would be much hotter. It regulates the climate and the the temperatures. That's why oceans are called human support system

  13. We need to save ocean's because oceans give us most of the half oxygen we breathe. They ensure a sustainable future, we must protect and preserve healthy marine ecosystems.ocean covers approximately 71% of the planet and contains over one billion cubic kilometers of water!

  14. HAROON SAFEER(0 % copieed material)Oceans are like the main deal why we are surviving till now, for example see how a small ocean can help maintain a good atmosphere and weather over a large area, just imagine that 70 % of earth is filled with water bodies, so which means there are a lot of plants growing there, so basically 50% or more of the world's oxygen comes from the oceans and water bodies, which is why we breathe the fresh air, and not only that water bodies absorb the useless carbon dioxide which can harm us as there are many plants growing down in water, and not only that we all know that saving the oceans can feed the world over 100k fishes die due to pollution and saving them can feed a lot of like a lot of people which are homeless and hungry, so why destroy oceans and pollute them if they have so useful advantages.... WHY? so please step forward and stop polluting them which will not benefit the marine life but us too... #saveoceans (by Haroon Safeer, haroon.3451@beaconite.edu.pk, 8c Pakistan)

  15. About 71 percent of land on Earth is covered with water . Half of earths pollution is in the oceans . The Marine life and we are not destroying oceans we’re destroying half of Earths population . The Marine life , this water supplies us oxygen . In a sense oceans makes us survive and what are we giving it we’re destroying it . Were polluting it were as all it gives us is benefits not only the marine will die we too will die . As 50-80 percent Oxygen comes from the Oceans . We are ruining the life for next generation . The water is slowly decreasing and marine life starting to fade away from the Oceans but we still can save this its not to late we have this in our hands we need to stop ✋ fishing if not for Marine life for next generations . We need to stop throwing trash in the oceans stop polluting the oceans leave the marine life and slowly and gradually we will see the change the Marine life rising the water changing blue but if only we humans stand together and take a step forward in the right direction to make earth a better place for our generations

  16. WE need to save our oceans because oceans are very important for human life.Half of the oxygen we breath is available under the ocean. We get food to eat.Oceans regulates the climate.Oceans are also user for transportation and shipping.the other important thing is that oceans are helpful for constuction but how???oceans help to gather sand and gravel, and sand and gravel are used to make concrete which is used to make buildings. Oceans regulates the climate.Oceans are also habbitat of some creatures

  17. The ocean produces over half of the world's oxygen and absorbs 50 times more carbon dioxide than our atmosphere. Covering 70 percent of the Earth's surface, the ocean transports heat from the equator to the poles, regulating our climate and weather patterns. From fishing to boating to kayaking and whale watching, the ocean provides us with many unique activities. It also includes some form of marine transportation. The ocean feeds half of the world, as it the only source of the sea food. Many medical ingredients are found from the oceans which help fight cancer, athritis, Alzheimer's disease, and heart disease. Oceans regulates our climate and oceans makes the planet habitable for the lives.

  18. "Being out there in the ocean,God's creation,it's like a gift he has given us to enjoy."
For many centuries, the Oceans have been providing us with everything we have today. From a breath of air to climatic change, it all has been coming from the Oceans.
Planet Earth has five great oceans and 113 seas. They represent 72 percent of the surface of the globe, and together they've been an endless source of inspiration for humankind.
Now, if we ever come to think of it,what have we been giving to Oceans? Haven't we always only taken from these vast beings of life?
It may be sorrowful, but we are destroying our own planet, our own Oceans, just for our benefits.
In conclusion, If we don't stop this hideous act,Oceans will soon be destroyed and we will too, along with it.
So please, stop demolition and start protecting Oceans.

  20. Ocean's are very very important in our life's or we can call them our life support system as they absorb 90 % of heat and they are also carbon sinks as they absorb 30 % of Carbon-dioxide which is produced by human activities The air we breathe also comes from the ocean. We get natural oil , gas from the ocean and their is massive amount of sand and gravel underneath the ocean .Ocean also drive's our weather and stabilises it .

  21. 70% of the earth's surface is covered by Oceans which means that there is alot of marine fishes and plants kept there. From which many of them are edible, this justifies that oceans feed the world because people are getting fishes on their plates.Fish is often used as a resource for many countries to feed their people and grow their economy.

  22. Oceans cover more than 70 percent of the Earth's surface and more than 97 percent of water can be found on our oceans. Oceans are very important as they host 80 percent of the planet's
biodiversity, the biggest biodiversity in the world that is one of the reasons why we have to save our oceans. We need to save our oceans as fishing and fish farming support the livelihoods and families of 660 to 880 million people, that’s 12 percent of the world’s population. Fishing gives humans 20 percent of the proteins. Oceans consume more then the quater of the carbon in the atmosphere. And ocean gives half of the oxygen we get. Ocean plays a very important role as it consumes more than half of the heat to balance the temperatures. These are some of the reasons why we have to save our oceans.

  25. The oceans help to feed humanity not just by producing food but also by delivering water for human consumption. By 2050 the time the global human population is predicted to reach 9200 million, mariculture will have an even greater role to play in feeding humanity. The oceans provide primary source of protein. Twelve percent of the world's jobs depend on fisheries. Oceans are the reason wee are breathing. Without the oceans, the land would fry and all vegetations will die. Oceans are also an important source of transportation. So this is why oceans need to be saved.
